    I have been trying to do the 12-minute core exercises and I cannot get the exercise tape to continue to run. It keeps stopping in the middle of the tape.     I just started the first week yesterday and I thought it will take me forever to get motivated and start. But the site is so well built that everything is on the main page so before you knew it I was doing the 12 minute sit-down exercise. Very cool! I don't have an excuse now to delay any longer.   • is it possible to buy some of these seated workout tapes. i can watch them on my pc but i cant do the exercises in my desk chair. my room is so small i need to play these tapes on the tv to be able to do them. - 5/29/2014 12:00:35 PM
  • I LOVE these videos! If you're injured in a wheelchair for any amount of time they're great for getting you moving, or if you're just THAT tired or hurtin' from the day you can still get in some calorie-burning!

  • for those that are stating that they want more exercises for limited mobility and seated workouts, I have found that if you go on YOU TUBE there are workouts there for everyone. It is a good medium to use. I have found workouts for walking in the home as well as other things. Seated workouts are good too for me since I sit at a desk all day. I have to make them up though as the day goes on because my company gives little access to videos :( but I am starting some movement now so I will talk to you all later..     I love these since I have limited mobility because of knee issues -- I would wish that more seated cardio videos would be made available since there is only one. It would be nice to have more options to vary the routine. - 10/11/2013 12:43:00 PM

  • I love these! Thank you so much! I have plantars fasciitis so doing a standing workout is not always possible for me - these exercises allow me to make sure I do SOMETHING every day. My Mom has started doing with me since she also has mobility issues. - 8/20/2013 1:46:37 PM
