  • I LOVE these videos! If you're injured in a wheelchair for any amount of time they're great for getting you moving, or if you're just THAT tired or hurtin' from the day you can still get in some calorie-burning!

These videos were SUCH a wonderful idea and I wish there were more of them! - 1/19/2014 1:24:18 PM
I would like to know if you have your chair exercises on dvd or cd, as I would like to purchase. Please forward a telephone number that I can contact you to make a payment soonest. - 12/24/2013 2:36:44 PM
  • for those that are stating that they want more exercises for limited mobility and seated workouts, I have found that if you go on YOU TUBE there are workouts there for everyone. It is a good medium to use. I have found workouts for walking in the home as well as other things. Seated workouts are good too for me since I sit at a desk all day. I have to make them up though as the day goes on because my company gives little access to videos :( but I am starting some movement now so I will talk to you all later.. Have a blessed and beautiful day. - 12/16/2013 2:57:14 PM
  • Thank you so much! I love to use this link! Helps me so much! - 10/11/2013 6:18:35 PM
I love these since I have limited mobility because of knee issues -- I would wish that more seated cardio videos would be made available since there is only one. It would be nice to have more options to vary the routine. - 10/11/2013 12:43:00 PM
I too would prefer DVDs to computer. But these exercises have got me moving. Thanks. - 9/3/2013 9:19:34 AM
  • Oh, forgot to mention - we love Coach Nicole! - 8/20/2013 1:46:53 PM
  • I love these! Thank you so much! I have plantars fasciitis so doing a standing workout is not always possible for me - these exercises allow me to make sure I do SOMETHING every day. My Mom has started doing with me since she also has mobility issues. - 8/20/2013 1:46:37 PM
  • With the help of these, everyone can do some exercises. Thanks! - 6/16/2013 7:54:25 AM
  • I use the seated workouts most every day! Thank YOU spark!

  • Thank you! I am limited with what I can do as far as exercise due to problems with my hip because of cancer, and fatigue from chemo. These workouts are great! I would buy them on DVD too. It would be much easier for me to workout in front of the TV; I don't have enough room where my computer is to do the workouts while watching my computer screen. - 6/6/2013 9:53:59 AM

I wish SparkPeople would sell DVDs with seated exercises. I would definitely buy them. - 6/5/2013 6:33:07 PM
  • Thank you so much for the information! I have breathing problems and I hope these exercises will be just what I need. - 6/5/2013 2:44:34 PM
  • These are great for people with back problems (like me). Going to share them with my 76yr old mother. - 6/5/2013 1:42:29 PM
  • THese are entirely awesome. BEing older, 59, and having had back surgery, knee injuries and other minor plagues, I someitmes need to KNOW there is a workout I can do when walking is more difficult.

THANKS FOR MAKING THESE!! - 6/5/2013 9:35:35 AM
