    Usually, working in the yard and spending time in the pool. The temperatures have been so high this summer, I am exercising indoors and doing water aerobics. When it cools down, I'll start walking at the track. - 7/8/2011   10:52:39 AM

    Nice blog with plenty of options. Summer is my least favorite season. Since my first job, I always took vacation time in the fall, with the exception of my honeymoon in early April! I am doing my best to get in extra walking with plenty of hydration, and finding shade anywhere I can, with my daily workouts strictly in the A/C! - 6/30/2011   5:48:25 PM
