The DVD is set up with four distinct workouts that can be mixed and matched to create a custom workout from 12 to 75 minutes! Or if you prefer, follow the simple 28-day workout plan that is designed to help you achieve optimal results: The plan slowly progresses from the shorter, easier workouts to the longer, more advanced ones, combining the workouts in new ways so you get endless variety and avoid exercise boredom.
High-energy cardio intervals mixed with full-body strengthening exercises makes these workouts fun and effective. Here's a little more info about each individual workout segment:
  • Cardio Burst (12 minutes): A short, heart-pumping routine that uses basic aerobic and athletic drills to elevate your heart rate and burn calories—no equipment required.  This is the only "cardio only" workout on the DVD. All of the others mix cardio and strength training into a single full-body workout to maximize your time.
  • Short Cardio-Sculpt (12 minutes): Using dumbbells, longer toning intervals are intermixed with shorter cardio bursts for the ultimate time-efficient workout!
  • Tone & Burn (20 minutes): This workout ramps up the length and intensity with all-new moves to work your body from new angles and directions using a set of dumbbells. Guaranteed to make you sweat!
  • Total Body Challenge (30 minutes): This is my favorite by far! Using just a dumbbell, I lead you through kettlebell-inspired moves that target your body from head-to-toe while giving you a great full-body workout just like you'd get from traditional kettlebell training.
