Hubby and I are HUGE fans of the 2 Bean Sweet Potato Chili!!! We'll have to try a bunch more from this list - thanks for compiling them for us! :) Report
I am as far from a vegetarian as humanly possible, but there are a few recipes that I would definitely enjoy! Love the slow cooker healthy potato soup (although I'd rather add bacon to it!) and want to try the spaghetti squash marinara (#29). I just recently discovered spaghetti squash and I really like it! I can't believe I didn't even know it was World Vegetarian day until now! I'm having a bean salad, brown rice and veggies for dinner. But then I eat meat-free every day, so I was already celebrating! Meals can be just as delicious without meat :) Report

Great! I'm Not A Vegan Or Vegetarian But I Normally Don't Eat Meat On Monday Nor Do I Actually Eat A Lot Of Meat. I Do Indulge In Pollock, Salmon, Tilapia, Swaii(All Fish) And Chunk Chicken.
