loved the standing workout! I did it right in my kitchen and therefore got a workout in without having to go to the basement (and very possibly getting distracted on the way! LOL) to work out! I will be looking for more of her workouts! Please SP add these workouts to the fitness tracker! Thanks! - 4/19/2015   8:27:03 AM

When I do Barre classes, I tend to track the time under bodyweight exercises. - 3/24/2015   1:09:04 AM

Try tracking this workout under "Dancing: fast, ballet, twist."
Remember: everyone burns calories at a different rate. Even if it was on the Fitness Tracker, it might not be accurate to your active metabolic rate.
    Hope this helps! - 9/1/2014   9:46:55 AM
This is a great workout and I would also like to be able to track it on my fitness page. Or at least know how many calories it burns. - 6/20/2014   12:17:10 PM

Another great quick free workout from Jessica Smith! She is so amazing, and i absolutely love Peanut! I've started doing these during my lunch break so i can squeeze in a few extra 15-20 min workouts during the week. But i do agree with another commentor that it would be great if Sparkpeople would have a way to track these recommended videos in the fitness tracker. - 6/19/2014   12:50:36 PM

frustrated that if this is a Spark People recommended exercise why can't the minutes and calories be recorded when I track fitness? - 6/18/2014   5:43:04 PM

LOL @ Peanut! Can't get enough at that mat! - 6/17/2014   4:31:59 PM
This was great! Since I gained so much weight, my leg muscles are not strong enough to heave me up if I am on the floor. This will help not only with my weight reduction but keep me from humiliation when I have to retrieve a dog toy from under the couch! - 6/17/2014   11:44:43 AM
