A fellow sparker invited me to this team last year. I laughed through my first video - "you want me to do WHAT with THIS body??? LOL" I tried anyway as long as I was moving something. They got a lot easier, and I am hooked on SP videos. Report

I joined one of these before and it really is a great jump start to the year! I came out of it toned and lost several pounds... but best of all I felt great! I am doing this again this year with the goal of keeping up a strong routine for the whole year :) Let's do this!! Report
I love the idea, but since my internet is dial up I have trouble getting the videos. Can I use the DVD instead and still participate for the prizes? Report
This challenge was tailor-made for my problems--I am much better with diet than exercise and when I do exercise, it tends to be cardio, neglecting strength-training and stretching, which is dumb because when I do strength-train and stretch, it really improves my ability to do cardio longer and better. I am hoping this boot camp gives me the kick I need in the bootie to correct those oversights, and get me into a more rounded and balanced fitness regimen. Report
I love participating in SP's Bootcamp challenges. They give me the variety that I need and short workouts that I can spread through out my day if need be. I will definitely be doing this one again. Report

hello my name is Janet and I am not new to New Year challenges and I just love,them. look forward every year after Christmas cause I know I need it the most at that time.cause I do eat alot of sweets during Holidays .and Coach Nicole has good workouts that are good for all ages she is good at helping us get in shape and lose weight. I am joining. I am participating in a program thru my insurance company but am very bored at the gym so will do this at home and do my cardio at the gym to meet my "going to the gym" requirements for insurance. Report
