  • Meal Plans + Shopping Lists
Every week, you'll receive a week's worth of healthy, nutritious meal plans to help you reach your goals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks—no guesswork about what to eat! Our meal plans also include easy shopping lists so you can get in, get what you need and get out of the store. We call it "fit" food because it is designed to make you feel your best: no calorie counting necessary. We've even offered built-in alternatives in case you want a different option on a particular day.
  • 30 Daily "Mini Challenges"
Each day, you'll get a "mini-challenge" to complete to help you stay on track with your healthy meal plan and overall goals. These will help you stay accountable to your program for the whole month, reminding you of what to do, offering great tips, and keeping your goals top of mind.
  • 150 SparkPoints
Yep, you read that right! You can earn 5 SparkPoints for each daily challenge you complete. Just visit the challenge page and click the "Earn Your SparkPoints" button to tell us that you completed that day. It's just that easy!

Thanks for a great challenge. Report
love your calendar challenges and the points. thanks Report
This article is six years old & out of season. Someone should review more than ths title. Also the SP food plans don't have options for good allergies so since I can't have dairy, I have to modify at least 30%. I might as well continue with my own.
Would rather see SP set up where you can view in fetail a week at a glance so you can repeat weeks that helped weight loss & skip those that didn't do much. Report
Thanks! Report

Great article! Thanks! Report
Great challenge! Report
I'm in Report
starting today!
I printed out the shopping list and I'm going to follow it, except for processed items. I will substitute fresh ingredients for those. Report
This is also not very good for a low sodium diet, because every other meal either has bacon or "prepared" in it which means your sodium levels will be very high, if you are planing a meal menu why is nothing repeated in a "leftover" fashion or buy one chicken use thighs here breasts here and a bit of chopped meat here fashion, Can any one actually afford to eat a different breakfast everyday? We rotate our breakfasts weekly or biweekly. how much money does it cost to actually buy everything for one week? one month? my money budget is very tight. Sparky I expected a little better and healthier maybe a couple of options for what are you doing Vegan? low Carb? low Sodium? not a one size fits all diet challenge but you guys did a good start. I am just not able to sign in for the 30 day food challenge Report
How do I put this meal plan to my Spark Meals?
I can't get the page to work correctly on any browser even with all addons disabled BUT I found the sign-up form so you can at least get the emails

this is the link to the sign up - it opens a small form on a blank page

add the http stuff to make it a link
This is a good start. I was just racking my brains for a meal plan to start my journey as I have deemed October "National Love Myself Month" in which I vow to love myself enough to eat better and become more active. Hopefully weight loss will come with it. Report
the pages don't open....error Report
I wish more suggested meal plans would reuse ingredients, repeat meals (like have leftovers from dinner for lunch the next day), or make larger batch recipes that could even be eaten multiple times during the week. I am always disappointed as I don't want to buy 100 different ingredients every week, nor is it realistic for me to cook 3 different meals everyday for 7 days a week. Do people really have enough time and budget to follow these? (If so, I'm envious!) I know I could modify the plan to make it work for me - but I would like once, just once, for it just to be that way already and all I have to do is follow it! Report
Thank you MommaKat! That worked! Report
Sadly while this seems awesome with all the carbs in the breakfast and lunch it doesn't fit my eating plan. Thanks for the effort. Report
I don't want to remove Adblock - is this something that can be revised? Report
If you have AdBlock on your browser, you will need to disable it to see and sign up for the challenge! Report
Would love to sign up, but like others, the page isn't loading correctly! Report
I had the same problem. but if I clicked on the Green Giant calendar image embedded in the article, it took me right to the page and let me see the entire calendar...hope this helps some of the others having similar issues!! Report
Same problem...the page won't load... :( Report
This is perfect! I'm asking my husband to do it with me!
Of course, it would be better if the page would load so I could sign up. :) Report
I'm cherry-picking from the food plans because they don't recycle ingredients quite enough (although meats, raspberries, whole grain toast and bacon seem to be common ingredients). I picked the recipes that I can already do and I'll use that as a starting point. Thanks, Sparkpeople! Report
This page will not load ad all! I have tried numerous times - nothing. Report
Some of the links are not working. Especially Week1 - 4. I've tried on my phone and computer. Error Message says the pages are no longer available. Report
Same experience here (Browser: Firefox 23.0.1); page isn't loading completely, no where to sign up or link to a different page. Report
This article is right in time. Report
Does this challenge have a vegetarian plan? Report
I'm a lacto ovo vegetarian who will occasionally indulge in a piece of fish. Is there a vegetarian track? Report
I'm with the rest of the ones that have left a comment. The page won't load. All I get is the nice picture at the top. No place to sign up, no place to see the plan, NOTHING!! Report
I am interested but I don't see any "veggie" dinner meals and so far only one for lunch. Please, make it easy for us vegetarians so that we don't have to "think" out meals! Report
whendoesitstart!!can't get togo or print??? Report
I am interested but would love to see the plans and maybe start this oct 1. Report
I'd love to get a preview of the meal plans before signing up to see if it is viable for me to take part ..... or are they available, but I just haven't found them?? Ok I kept looking and found everything I was looking for - looks like an awesome challenge and I'd love to join - just not straight away as I have so much food in my fridge/freezer/pantry and looking at the shopping list for the 4 weeks, I'd need to buy a whole lot more. I'm not in a place where I'm prepared to do that at the moment, but will save this for a few months down the track - would love to try this challenge FOR SURE! Report
I have the same problem, I can't sign up, arggg! Report
The page won't load!!! I've tried several times and nothing Report
