Now is the perfect time to kick off a brand new challenge to help you get on your way to your healthiest, fittest self yet: 30 Days of Fit Food. It's a great way to kick the season and head into the holidays (just around the corner!) feeling your best.
What can I expect from the Fit Food challenge?
Every week, you'll receive a week's worth of healthy, nutritious meal plans to help you reach your goals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks—no guesswork about what to eat! Our meal plans also include easy shopping lists so you can get in, get what you need and get out of the store. We call it "fit" food because it is designed to make you feel your best: no calorie counting necessary. We've even offered built-in alternatives in case you want a different option on a particular day.

Each day, you'll get a "mini-challenge" to complete to help you stay on track with your healthy meal plan and overall goals. These will help you stay accountable to your program for the whole month, reminding you of what to do, offering great tips, and keeping your goals top of mind.
- 30 Daily "Mini Challenges"
Yep, you read that right! You can earn 5 SparkPoints for each daily challenge you complete. Just visit the challenge page and click the "Earn Your SparkPoints" button to tell us that you completed that day. It's just that easy!
We will be using the hashtag #FitFood on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest throughout the challenge. Ask questions. Post about your progress. Tell us how the day's challenge went. Encourage your friends to join you! When you use the #FitFood hashtag, we'll be right there to support you and cheer you on! We also encourage you to use it on your own social media pages to connect with others who are completing the challenge. Be sure to follow our Fit Food Pinterest board, too, for more tips and motivation as complete the challenge.
While members can earn SparkPoints for participating, this challenge is open to anyone! Share the challenge page with your friends by posting it on Facebook, sending an email link, and more. You do not have to be a member to participate. Anyone can sign up for daily challenge emails just by entering their email address.

Go to our 30 Days of Fit Food Challenge page and sign up by entering your email address. After you've signed up, you will receive one email per day for the next 30 days with a reminder to complete your daily challenge (and get your SparkPoints). Note that once you sign up, you should expect to receive your first challenge email the following day at 8 am EST.
When does it start?
