There are 100s of 1000s of Aussie Sparkies now but we aren't eligible for ANY prizes for ANY competitions we enter. No fair!

As SP is big enough to get WW to pay for adverts on the SP site, then surely they're big enough to go global with prizes for competitions... ugh!!

    Just my two-pence worth! - 1/8/2012   10:31:52 PM

I have been copying recipes from SP ever since I joined the site over 3 years ago. I have made up my own Spark Cook Book, of all the recipes that have appealed to me. I would LOVE to win one of your cookbooks, so I could browse through and have new recipes to try as I journey toward my goal -- and always; because for me this is a new Healthy Lifestyle! - 1/8/2012   9:21:45 PM

ooooh...I would love to have a new cookbook! I'm trying to cook healthier for my family....living on a budget with 7 kids makes that very hard to do! - 1/8/2012   4:38:57 PM

I would love to win this cookbook. I'm always using recipes from SparkRecipes and trying to change other recipes from other cookbooks and websites into healthier versions of the same thing. This can be a challenge with my serve pepper (Capsaicin) allergy. It can be fun experimenting to find vegetables to replace peppers. It leads me to find new vegetables that I haven't tried. :) - 1/8/2012   3:20:40 PM

Three Cheese Macaroni. I cook healthy and make most everything we eat, so this will help me to make more creative healthy meals and offer my husband something different. I would love to have this cookbook to learn more healthy cooking recipes and techniques.. - 1/8/2012   2:57:34 PM

I am praying that I will win one; I certainly can't afford to buy it now. And I only cook in the microwave both at home and at work; know there are better things to do, but I've never done it. - 1/8/2012   1:52:48 PM

The pantry checklist would be such a great help. I have not been doing well at planning meals ahead, but having a better-stocked pantry would help on the days when my husband and I look at each other at 5PM and say...what do you want to do for dinner tonight? - 1/8/2012   9:38:52 AM

I have just joined Sparkpeople and absolutely love it! I went out looking for this cookbook yesterday while I was out shopping and they were sold out on the few stores I looked in. It was a great surprise to come online to see that there is a contest to win one!! I would love to win this!! First, because I have heard nothing but great things about this book and am so excited to get started. Second, money is tight and we alllll know that story and third, I never win anything......literally, ever!!! Lol Either way, good luck to everyone who entered!! - 1/7/2012   10:37:34 AM

I made the spaghetti squash recipe a couple of times. It's wonderful!! My husband is reading the book right now...it's more than recipes, folks! We gave a copy to our skinny daughter for Christmas because she's a newlywed and wants to cook healthy meals for herself and husband, and I'd love another copy to give to a friend!~ - 1/7/2012   6:37:53 AM

I own a lot of cookbooks, and I doubted whether or not I REALLY needed another one. Then I thought about all that this site has offered me and all I've accomplished through this site for NO CHARGE, and I thought I could at least afford to support the site by buying the cookbook. It turns out, I LOVE the cookbook! I've made a few recipes from it so far, and I love the food (and so does my picky husband!). I'm so glad I bought it!

My favorites so far are the Spinach-Stuffed Chicken with Cheese Sauce and the Garlic Chicken Slaw in Lettuce Cups. I'm planning on making the Dark Chocolate Angel Food Cake with Rich Chocolate Glaze for my birthday next month! - 1/7/2012   5:08:05 AM

I would love to win the book. Have not done any cooking or baking for the last few years. Im all alone and have no family or freinds to come see me. So maybe this is what I need to get myself back into cooking and baking. Will have to see if I win first though. God Bless You and have a Wonderful Week. - 1/7/2012   3:23:27 AM

I've been so tempted to buy this cookbook but I just can't justify buying yet another cookbook that collects dust on my bookshelf. It is also hard to justify when there are sooooo many free healthy recipes available on this site and other ones. Now if I were to win a copy... - 1/7/2012   2:50:16 AM

I have a weakness for key lime- anything- from pie to martinis!
I'm making a double batch of key lime tartlets tomorrow. I had to borrow my Mom's mini muffin tin- in exchange for a batch. I can't wait!!! My plan is to keep them in the freezer, so they're always on standby in case I get a craving!
If I win, I'll give my Mom a copy so she can make her own. She already "borrowed" my Spark Diet book- never to return I'm afraid ;) - 1/7/2012   2:42:47 AM

Looks good, but I just do NOT need another cookbook.... - 1/7/2012   1:14:42 AM

3 out of 5 of the recipes above look delicious! If this is a good preview of the cookbook I could really benefit from it! I can't really afford to go out and buy cookbooks, so sometimes I borrow from the library. That's kind of helpful, but to own one would be great! - 1/7/2012   12:45:28 AM
