I'm not diabetic, but I want to work towards preventing my risk towards becoming a type 2 diabetic, along with getting my weight back down, and towards preparing things for friends and relatives who do have type 1 or type 2 diabetes so using these guidelines have benefits. Report

I guess I'm a snob about fresh fish. Who would ever think of putting halibut in a stew? Geez. Halibut is a sweet, delicate fish. Stewing it comes close to sacrilege. Report
