Join me for this short and sweaty cardio workout any time you need a fun way to spark up your calorie burn FAST. 
 
In addition to burning calories and building cardiovascular fitness, this routine focuses on improving your agility, coordination and speed to help you tackle the sport of every day life even more gracefully. We'll build into the moves, so just do your best, listen to your body and stick with the options and versions of the exercises that work best for your current fitness level. (I'll be showing you both low and high impact options as we go.)

In 2015 I embraced Jessica's Fit in Fifteen program. I had fallen off the exercising bandwagon, and this just seemed like a perfect way to begin once again. Jessica's emphasis was on workouts in fifteen minutes or less, mine was on finding my fit in 2015. From her I learned the value of working out five days a week, maximizing and making the most of my time, and embracing completely foreign/uncomfortable workouts. I finished every workout I ever started, and I learned just how amazing it feels to sweat like crazy and earn those endorphins. This series offers great variety, and Jessica provides form cues and modifications throughout all of her workouts. Ironic that I just did a barre workout with Jessica yesterday, she showed me once again how she can kick my hiney without running or jumping! Fit in Fifteen proved to be a game changer for me, I hope it encourages others to exercise their strong and change the trajectory of their lives. Huge fan of Jessica Smith...bet you can tell! Report

I too like the low impact options. Two or three shorter sessions work best for me. This is great. I'll save it to faves. Thank you. Report
Short and easy options OK for me in my unfit state, but plenty of options to keep the fitter members of the community from getting bored. I would have liked to be able to access it earlier, but that's not the end of the world! I followed it with the cardio for bad backs workout, and before that I did a SP January Jumpstart workout. Don't enough cardio workouts but this was great. Stayed at the lower level and always happy to have that option and it meant I saw it through to the end. Loved Jessica's friendly and encouraging presentation. Report
This was the first workout I've done in almost 6 months. It kicked my fat butt but I plan to do it again tomorrow so that's saying something. I prefer short workouts so that I can see an end in sight. This is the perfect time frame I think. Report
