I love garlic...and I'm married to an Italian who loves to cook, so as you can imagine, I eat enough garlic to scare off a slew of vampires! The one good thing about the social distancing and mask requirements is that I can eat as much garlic as I want without offending anyone with my "dragon breath!" Report

I like several of these but some are too high in calories for me. One it said was over 1,000 calories. You cannot fit that into your food plan for the day. Some of these have to bew modified and servings doubled in order to work. Otherwise, a lot of good recipes on here. But like someone else said they do not all have nutritional content on them. Report
