I am once again disappointment with Spark People. Most, if not all of these recipes include gluten. And I can't have gluten. The most disappointing part of Spark People is the meal planners. By the time I substitute gluten free for all the gluten in the daily menu's I might as well just do it myself. I personally don't find spark people useful at all. - 1/5/2011   9:51:43 AM
