Looking for some new workout tunes to refresh your playlist? Look no further! Today I'm sharing the top five songs I can't get enough of this spring—but that's not all. I recently polled my followers on Facebook and Twitter to get their favorite workout songs of the moment, and I'm sharing 25 of their get-moving suggestions, too, which include everything from country to rock to hip hop.

Wow, not sure how I missed this one... I have a huge folder on Spotify of all the various SparkPeople playlists from blogs like this one. I just now created this playlist on spotify - here's the link, with spaces between the segment. You'll need to copy the whole link below, then paste it into a new tab or another space, then delete the blank spaces after the "forward slash" character (/). Then highlight all again, copy and paste into your new window or tab (if you are on computer/pc/laptop. Music really gets me going when I am running. It keeps me engaged and not bored on long runs. I like upbeat music that is in my age genre when I was in school. Report

I don't have an actual playlist but I use Pandora internet radio on my phone. It has different work out stations. My favorites are 80's cardio and country fitness. Also, just typing in Katy Perry or Beyonce brings up some good music to work out to. One of my favorite songs are also "Super Bass" by Nicki Minaj and "On the Floor" by Jennifer Lopez. Those two songs always make me go harder when I'm on the elliptical. Report
I downloaded frostwire its a free legal file sharing sight. You can get free music and its completely legal. Thats what I use and its really great. I also have some Miranda lambert baggage claim and Pistol Annies hell on heels. Report

I was just thinking about how I NEED to make myself a workout playlist! My husband actually just read something that said music distracts the brain from registering discomfort during a workout. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but it certainly pumps me up and motivates me.
