With our newest Woman's Day video series, Work Out Anywhere, our assistant health editor Abby Cuffey demonstrates exercise moves you can do in everyday locations, like your home or at the grocery store.     When phones were "land-lines" and all I had was a long extension cord, I used to pace around the room. Now that phones are often mobile, there's no excuse not to wander all over the place, do stairs, etc. - 2/6/2011   9:22:42 PM

    I'm deaf in one ear and can't use the phone on that - so switching sides would be problematic - still have to use the one good ear. Soooo I guess this justifies buying myself a motorola stereo bluetooth headset, eh? Then I can exercise while on the phone but without having to juggle hands trying to figure out which one to hold up to the phone while the other hand does the support or the exercise etc. ha! - 2/2/2011   12:59:12 AM

    I tried to watch, It just kept freezing up. If you waited long enough,it would come back. It took around 10 minutes to get through. It did sound like a good way to get more exercise.

    You know, I'd kind of giggling at these, but in all honesty, i do these SAME exercises on my wii fit routine, in pilates class, they're really basic and this shows you can't use " I'm on the phone!" as an excuse to NOT get some much need muscle strengthening done! - 1/31/2011   7:38:39 PM
