Thank you for putting out a podcast. But, I really find Lily and Karen annoying when they are overly agreeing with the guests. At times like that, they seem disingenuous, fake, airy-fairy, and over-the-top. If they could just dial it down a few notches, I could listen to their message, which is often quite worthwhile. - 7/23/2013   12:46:31 PM

I honestly only listened to it to get my points and because I was feeling guilty about not listening all the way though I finally started listening as I was going though getting all my points and I was surprised at how informative it was but I have to say whenever I listen I half expect Alec Baldwin to be introduced as Pete Sweddy! : )
I do like the program and plan on continuing to listen but it will always be with half a smile! - 5/31/2013   7:45:15 PM
I think the content could be a little more informative, but those women are kind of annoying. Too perky, and I don't want to feel like I am listening to their conversation. I like the SparkGuy, but it still is like they are talking to each other and not to me. - 4/27/2013   11:47:41 AM

I just can't seem to get into this. I listened once and it sounded like two women just rather mindlessly chatting and the listener felt like a voyeur. - 4/24/2013   11:22:32 AM

I love it. It sounds like the girls getting together for coffee. While some may find them too cheery, I like the upbeat fun tone. When I want in your face, no excuses I listen to Jillian Michaels. I think for SP Karen and Lily do a great job. - 4/23/2013   6:42:54 PM

Good content and nice option, but honestly, some days I just can't handle the chatter and perkiness of the hosts--kind of over the top. And for some of the segments you have to listen to the same intro more than once. Having said that, I do like the interviews and actual content. - 4/23/2013   2:48:46 PM

They remind me of a Saturday Night Live skit....I can't take them for very long. They do have that uber sweet tone that just gets on my nerves. I'm sorry, but you asked! - 4/23/2013   12:30:56 PM

I came to Sparkpeople for the "honeyed and sweet" attitude exuded by all aspects of the site. Good job Sparkpeople and good job Karen and Lily. - 4/22/2013   11:24:17 PM

I like this SP feature. Good interesting info. Nice to listen to when I'm sparking :) I do not like when the girls get sounding to sweetsy or gooey (annoying) and I do not like when they talk at the *same* time - distracting and hard to listen/hear.

For those asking how to access this feature - go to the top of the page tab Articles & Videos. It's in the left hand column in the drop down menu. Enjoy! :) - 4/22/2013   1:34:39 PM

I have trouble with the hosts. (Sorry ladies) They are too perky, sweet and sound like they are trying too hard to be "radio personalities" or something. The show comes off very contrived. Because of this I've only listened 2 or 3 times and haven't gone back. - 4/22/2013   11:30:22 AM

I love the topics. It only works for me sometimes. It tends to just say "loading" so long I have to give up. - 4/22/2013   8:10:45 AM

I heard it once and enjoyed it. I was so glad that such segments are available. I have one question- "How do I access it?" - 4/22/2013   7:31:18 AM

Their voices are difficult for me to listen to...the wrong pitch and too perky or something.. I lose the message in the medium - 4/22/2013   1:50:52 AM

It's very informative and uplifting. They click together and they sound like they enjoy what their doing and each other. Down to earth format! Thanks for adding it! - 4/22/2013   12:42:04 AM

I try to listen, but I find the hosts' voices too "cutesy" and - frankly - annoying. I can usually only manage one segment at a time. - 4/22/2013   12:03:44 AM
I absolutely love it i have now gotten to the point of getting the podcast version and listen while im logging on the sight or working out right now im catching up on the episodes i havent heard great way to learn about heath things and all the different topics - 4/21/2013   10:56:22 PM

Nowhere do you explain how to listen or subscribe to the podcast. Not helpful! - 4/21/2013   2:22:02 PM
I listen to them at work, love the inspiration and motivation, the guests. But I can't help thinking of that skit with the two radio personalities on SNL, the Delicious Dish.

I really like it when they interview spark people members like ON2Victory or Beth (Indygirl). But it all rocks. - 4/21/2013   10:42:56 AM

I don't like the sickly sweet voices, can't listen to them for more than a minute or two :-( - 4/21/2013   10:01:04 AM

I 'listen' to it daily but can barely make out what is being said. I have a Cochlear Implant and wish they would put a transcript or closed captions so I could understand it. I know I'd love it! - 4/21/2013   6:35:22 AM

I listened and gave the show three or four tries, but found the hosts "honeyed" voices too sweetsie and slick for me. Annoying.

I'd rather listen to Jillian Michaels' podcast which is much more real & authentic to me. - 4/21/2013   5:04:54 AM

    Too much giggling and tee-heeing - 4/20/2013   11:36:31 PM
I'm a fairly discerning podcast listener who, having tried on hundreds of 'em, has only a trusted handful of "regulars" on her iPod. SparkPeople Radio is a standout - Karen and Lily are lively, funny, sensitive hosts with honeyed (BUT remarkably sugar-free) voices handcrafted for the airwaves. With compelling guests (SparkGuy, numerous coaches, Chef Meg, Dr. Pamela Peeke, anyone?), they deftly delve into a wide-ranging, all-encompassing spectrum of weight-, fitness- and health-related topics bound to interest all of us. Give 'em a try...on your .mp3 device or right here on Spark. I think you'll look forward to their shows as much as I do. - 4/20/2013   10:18:31 PM
It's great. All the different topics and it's another way for us to learn. - 4/20/2013   9:05:52 PM
