Survey: Kashi Wants to Know What You Know about Protein
Both Kashi and the dailySpark understand that no one beats the creative smarts of Mother Nature when it comes to designing food – especially when it comes to creating delicious and nutritious breakfast combinations of protein, fiber and whole grains, plus plenty of fruits and vegetables. That said, we want to know what you think about protein (at breakfast, as well as in your overall diet) so that we can further educate people on the options available to them while on their journey to achieving optimal health and a balanced diet. Please take this brief survey and let us know what you’re eating and why!
The survey will run for one week, and then we’ll launch a Kashi giveaway: one grand prize of $100 worth of Kashi products, plus three first-place prizes!
Take the survey here (it is hosted on a third-party site), and next week we’ll have all the details for the giveaway. In the meantime, leave us a comment telling us which products you’d like to win, and what role protein plays in your healthy lifestyle!

I love the TLC bars for lunch, but they add too many carbs and not enough protein for me (since I eat 4 or 5 veggies with dinner). I do better with a Flatout flat bread and tuna wrap for the same calories (140 versus 150). - 11/8/2010 9:29:09 PM

I try to get my protein in everyday. I am finding I stay fuller longer, so I make it a point in having protein at every meal, particularly breakfast. I have dairy products at most meals, and some snacks.
During the week I trade off having whole grains, nuts, fish, and chicken. I do have grilled kidney beans every day, and I plan on adding in black beans too.
Protein definitely keeps me filing full, and I believe it is also important in cellular repair in our body. - 11/7/2010 4:27:37 AM
I would like to win the Kashi cereal, or oatmeal, though it would be interesting to try the pizza. I am not a fan of the snack bars - 11/7/2010 3:11:03 AM
If I don't win, I'd still love it if Kashi would somehow start selling their products here. - 11/5/2010 2:49:44 PM
I love the Kashi GoLean cereal, not so much the others, and some of the Kashi cereal bars. I haven't tried any other products, but I'd be interested in a variety of the products, to check them out. - 11/5/2010 7:40:09 AM
Taste is awesome though! - 11/4/2010 8:11:26 PM
I switch from day to day between that oatmeal and an egg sandwich on whole wheat bread. I try not to have eggs everyday (only 2-3 times a week). Every great once in a while I'll make a parfait for breakfast using plain greek yogurt, agave nectar, berries of some sort and topped with 1/4 C of Kashi Go Lean Crunch.
I LOVE BREAKFAST!!!! - 11/4/2010 4:43:38 PM
