I have enjoyed the Biggest Loser Yoga DVD, since it is so different from anything else I would normally do. It is harder than it sounds!! But it gives good results. - 3/20/2009   12:32:51 PM
My favorite is the 30 Day Shred as well! - 3/20/2009   12:15:25 PM

I don't have a favorite workout video since I am just going to start on this new adventure. I have watched Jillian on tv and have tried a few of the things I saw her do with people, but think it would be more advantageous to have a work-out video to help me get started the right way. Since I am a "senior" I need something that would be age appropriate for me but also something that would help me get the results I am looking forward to getting. Hope to hear from you with good news about this video com ing my way. Thanks for your help Jillian. - 3/20/2009   12:06:27 PM

My new favorite fitness DVDs are the P90X series. Very challenging, but extremely effective and organized for people of any fitness level.

My old favorite stand bys are Denise Austin...any of hers. - 3/20/2009   11:37:09 AM

I love Jillian (though I like Bob too :D ) I actually have tried her 30 day shred and I really liked it! It is very intense though but that is just what I expected from her. I am planning on starting it over this weekend since I'll have some free time from school! finally! - 3/20/2009   8:32:07 AM

I really like Jillian Michaels workouts, they might be tough, but they work. I have her 30 Day Shred DVD, and I like her workouts on the Biggest Loser DVD's. It seems like Jillian really cares about the people she is training (on the Biggest Loser) and that makes me like her workouts even more, because she cares and wants to help people lead healthier lives. - 3/20/2009   8:17:30 AM

I love Jillian she is a great motivator. I'd love to have her as a trainer. I just borrowed the 30 day shred from a friend I gave her Turbo Jam to try. - 3/20/2009   12:26:21 AM

Karen Voight's Yoga Sculpting is my favorite. It works the core, helps with yoga moves, de-stresses my body when stressed out from sitting at a desk all day too. - 3/20/2009   12:13:32 AM
  • CHALE64
My favorite is a walking/marching DVD, but I also have others like yoga, pilates, and a couple of the YOU workouts. I really like doing my workouts at home. - 3/20/2009   12:01:08 AM

Yoga for Weightloss Conditioning - 3/19/2009   11:58:44 PM

My favorite workout is an oldie. The Solid Gold Dancer's 5 day workout. I remember doing the WHOLE video when I was a kid, and loving it! Now, I can barely get through one day. - 3/19/2009   11:49:10 PM
  • 3188
I have one DVD, a Prevention dance workout DVD. I don't really use it much, though. It doesn't really get me as pumped as I had hoped. Other than that, I have been thinking about trying a new one. - 3/19/2009   11:41:54 PM

Lisa Rinna's Dance Body Beautiful DVDs! - 3/19/2009   11:00:11 PM
  • 3186
I like Jane Fonda's yoga workout. Its an older video, but its a great place to start. It's very easy for beginners and heavier people to follow as she gives alternate forms of the positions. - 3/19/2009   10:52:46 PM
    I love the Namaste yoga series :) - 3/19/2009   10:28:55 PM

I like my old Bodies in Motion With Gilad VHS that my sister and I have been using for over 20 years now. - 3/19/2009   10:21:46 PM

My favorite is my AM/PM Yoga from Gaiam (with Rodney Yee and Patricia Walden) because even on days when I feeling completely uncoordinated and unable to focus I can still ease myself into the 20 minute workouts. This is my "go to" dvd each and every day, even when the vertigo has me at my worst. - 3/19/2009   10:01:12 PM
  • 3180
I love the Hip Hop Abs dvd. It has great music and it's really easy to follow. - 3/19/2009   9:58:42 PM
  • 3179
A work out video would be wonderful! I've never used one and can definitely understand how following a video would increase the consistency and intensity of a work out. At 54, on my first weight loss/return to healthy lifestyle effort is all new! The same effort doesn't give the same result as I got in my 30s! - 3/19/2009   9:57:41 PM
  • 3178
My favorite workout DVD is the Shape Bikini Body Bootcamp. It has three really great workouts on it. A cardio, a strengtg, and a potpourri. It's pretty tough and there is a huge variety in all three workouts. They are 30 minutes each so you burn a good amount of calories in each session. - 3/19/2009   9:55:05 PM
  • 3177
I just ordered the 30 Day Shred and can't wait to get it. I usually use either Crunch or Prevention fitness DVD's and would like to try something different. This would be an awesome opportunity to add to my collection. Hope I get chosen!! - 3/19/2009   9:41:24 PM

I really like the Turbo Jams DVDs - 3/19/2009   9:39:28 PM
  • 3175
I love Jillian I would love to have a workout with her at least once. The DVD would be the next best thing. - 3/19/2009   9:29:42 PM
I currently do not excercise but want to start. I would love starting with Jillians dvd. - 3/19/2009   9:13:23 PM

I love the Biggest Loser Season 3 Workout DVD. Unfortunately Jillian is not on this video but Bob's Bootcamp is a killer! - 3/19/2009   9:07:31 PM

I'm really loving Power 90 (and Turbo Jam Punch Kick and Jam!) right now but my standby is one of two 5 mile advanced cardio walks by Leslie Sansome. I can do them after a workout to keep my heart for a while, I do them when I'm in a low mood, I do them when I don't feel well enough to jump around and kickbox like a lunatic that day. It's some effort but low enough to keep me consistently doing some workout - even when I don't freaking feel like it... Five Mile Fat Burning, get it, do it, don't be a lazy buns... - 3/19/2009   8:11:04 PM
I have tried most of the walk away the pounds dvds and they are great, I also use my Wii Fit but I am looking for more of a challenge and change in my life. I feel this dvd would be wonderful to start with. - 3/19/2009   8:09:48 PM
  • 3170
    I am a big The Firm DVD fan! - 3/19/2009   7:58:46 PM
  • 3169
I've only ever done the Tae Bo dvds and some of the Women's Health 10 minute DVDs. I love Jillian and would be so pumped to try these! - 3/19/2009   7:35:45 PM
I use some of the tae-bo dvds. I am a huge fan of Jillian and I watch her every week , this would be so awesome - 3/19/2009   7:27:43 PM
Currently I just joined the local YMCA. Going to Zumba classes(Latin dance moves) a couple of times a week. My work schedule keeps traveling early mornings and some late nights. It would be good to have this DVD to take with me on trips as well as workouts at home. I hope you pick me. - 3/19/2009   7:21:59 PM
