Recently, I bought Trader Joe's O's. They are high in fiber and protein and do not have soy ( soy tastes like yuck), which I am allergic to. It tastes okay, but a little bit on the sawdust side with all of the fiber. But still it is worth the benefits of getting in your fiber and protein. - 11/11/2009 6:34:47 AM
to get high fiber. I try to get least 10 fiber in cereals + 1 Tbsp. of flaxseed Mill and 1/2 banana or other fruit in season. I mix Flaxseed Mill in the hot oatmeal along with raisins and cinnamon. I sprinkle a generous amt. of cinnamom in ALL cereals ;its good to stabilize Blood Sugar. - 11/10/2009 10:20:26 PM
