I would go to a food court maybe 2-3 times a year, and count it as a treat... usually Chinese stir fry with brown rice.

I must admit that I'm in love with fast food. But I gained too much weight during the quarantine. Now I'm trying to follow a healthy diet with my dog. https://candogsea

Like others stated, there should have been options and substitutions to the usual fare. Looking up the food calories on a smart phone as you stand in line might be helpful.
