I love cauliflower and broccoli ! Of all the veggies out there, those were the two that I would eat as a kid and I still eat them as an adult !

Do sweet potatoes count as a winter veggie ? Ever since Thanksgiving, I've been on a sweet potato kick. I've been eating those along with Japanese yams. those are really yummy too.
