I love these weekly menu suggestions on DailySpark. There is usually something there that my family will eat and I don't have to rack my brain to find something different for dinner. Report
The only cheese I eat is a tiny of feta in my egg white omelette and some soy Parmesan cheese in salads or sprinkled on veggies. Gotta be careful of the plaque In arteries.... I want to be thinner and healthy...and alive... Report
Most people don't stop to remember that CHEESE is high calorie. It was made to keep people through cold winters when little food was around. Like sausage it is packed with calories. It is easy to eat to much of it. Report
Also, adding a teaspoon of dry mustard to cheese sauce enhances the cheesiness without adding calories - no one will know! try it Report
