Hi, Coach!

I'm looking for a fitness workout video for a person that has to sit in chair to do exercises due to poor health. Is there a video on SparkPeople for people that have been injured, are in poor health, or just have bad balance and want/need to exercise in order to recover or improve their health? It sure would be a great aid for those Sparks that are chair bound but need to exercise. Can you help, please? Report

I did the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp the past two years and absolutely enjoyed them. I was really amazed at my strength level by the end of the bootcamp. I never really believed that such little amount of time a day doing strength training could make such a difference, but it does! I've joined this one, as well, and can't wait to begin on Sunday! I started with the sparkpeople bootcamp back in January and it helped me reach my goal weight. I love the short 10 minute videos! I can easily fit them into my busy day. I feel confident wearing a bikini again (I wore one last weekend for the first time in 3 years). I don't have anymore weight to lose, but still want to stay fit. I am training for a charity run and need some exercises to do on the days I don't run. Thanks, Nicole for starting a new bootcamp. I can't wait to get started. Report
Don't know if I can do this. I started in a new community with 5 minute challenges and weekly challenges to get remotivated. The weekly challenge was bootcamp lesson 2. Well I did it, without a break and a little modified, but i found out I could do it. Today I tried Lesson 1 and did that, again with a little modification. I usually walk for exercise and am pleasantly surprised I could do any regular exercises with modifications of course. I will look at this and then decide but I also want to finish bootcamp 1 as I call it. Thank you for helping me to start again. Report
This is a great idea, but I can't really exercise near my computer, so I'm going to have to think about how to do this and whether to join in. Also haven't been in a swimsuit for ... eons!...but always looking to tone up. Report
