I've been eating #saladaday for the month of May---and it went so well, I'm not repeating that for the month of June. I use an idea of having so many cups of greens, so many added veggies, and a few ounces of a protein of choice with the dressing of choice and it turns out fabulous. It helps me meet my nutritional needs from diet alone. Report
