  • Nike ipod is great way to track exercise, it's only $30.00 for the tracker which you place in the appropriate running shoe.   • Dance dance revolution is the main exercise I've done over the last year (I started with 20 minutes 3 times a week on easy, now I do an hour 5 times a week or more at the second hardest setting), and with that and a healthy diet, I've lost 50 lbs, and become stronger and fitter with more endurance.
