I'm on board with all of these suggestions except the one about buying someone a new pair of workout shoes, which are a matter of very precise fit and type for every individual. Better make it a gift certificate to a good running store. - 12/23/2013 9:27:01 AM
  • This list should be added to the "How to Reduce Holiday Stress" article. Brilliant ideas that ticked names right off my list! Thank-you. - 12/3/2013 11:47:23 AM
  • Great ideas! Thank you! - 12/3/2013 9:14:31 AM
  • The article was great. I saved it. - 12/1/2013 6:56:41 PM
  • Deceptively Delicious is a great way to optimize your calories while feeing your kids. My kids don't know they are eating winter squash, cauliflower and broccoli in their favorite foods! - 3/7/2008 8:18:24 AM
  • Nike ipod is great way to track exercise, it's only $30.00 for the tracker which you place in the appropriate running shoe. It talks to your ipod, tracks your distance and all info can be uploaded to the computer. My college aged daughter uses it all the time, I still need to get an ipod. - 1/17/2008 5:58:45 PM
  • Dance dance revolution is the main exercise I've done over the last year (I started with 20 minutes 3 times a week on easy, now I do an hour 5 times a week or more at the second hardest setting), and with that and a healthy diet, I've lost 50 lbs, and become stronger and fitter with more endurance. If there's anyone out there that "hates" exercise because they get bored (like me) it's a great way to spice up a workout routine! - 12/11/2007 7:17:24 PM
  • Good information for some reward ideas, too (gifts to myself!). I like the new look of some of these e-mails we are getting. - 12/5/2007 8:31:46 PM
  • Love the Misto! I have one for olive oil & one for flax oil. Some items I think are missing though-portion control size containers for meals on the go, Fitness Rx Magazine and Kitchen scale. - 12/4/2007 2:01:40 PM
  • Great article. Love the Yoga video as it is from the best series. NO on the apron, but it should come with pearls and high heels. - 12/4/2007 12:09:24 PM
