The winner is... TERRY155!!! Editor's Note: The dailySpark hosts weekly "Welcome to the Weekend" giveaways! Each Friday night visit to enter to win great prizes that make healthy living a little easier--and a lot more fun. Every contest will be open for one week, so return every Friday night to enter a new one and see who won (I choose the winners earlier in the day on Friday)! We hope these contests (and the time you spend on the dailySpark and SparkPeople) get your weekends off to a healthy start!

This week we're giving away a gift box of chocolate from Equal Exchange. (I promise that this is the last "treat" giveaway for awhile. Next week's giveaway is fitness-themed!)

We say:

Um, it's chocolate. What's not to love? It's dark, so it's "good" for you, and it's a delicious treat.

They say:

"Here's the bar to satisfy both your sweet and salty cravings. Crunchy caramel bits serve as the perfect complement to mouthwatering sea salt crystals. They work together to bring out the complex flavors of the smooth, fruity chocolate. This unique dark chocolate bar is sure to be a favorite. Made with cacao from co-operatives in the Dominican Republic and Peru, and with fairly traded organic sugar from farmer co-operatives in Paraguay. Soy- and gluten-free."

"This chocolaty, silky origin bar is reminiscent of baked brownies fresh out of the pan. Highlighting the work of cacao farmers in Ecuador, the bar's sweet, fudgy richness is balanced by hints of citrus and floral notes. With its clean, refreshing aftertaste, this dark chocolate bar will leave you wanting more. Made with chocolate liquor from Fortaleza del Valle co-operative in Ecuador, cocoa butter from co-ops in the Dominican Republic, and fairly traded organic sugar from farmer co-operatives in Paraguay. Vegan and soy- and gluten-free."

To enter, click here! Be sure to read the rules. This contest will end exactly one week from today!

What is your favorite chocolate combination? No combo is too strange. Mine is rosemary and sea salt, with toasted almonds. Swoon!

Not only am I a chocolate lover but I am also a lover of Equal Exchange. Their fair trade products have both quality and great flavor. My favorite is actually the mini dark chocolate bar. It is perfect size and is great with a cup of fair trade coffee. - 4/9/2011   11:57:59 PM

Thanks, SP! Some really wonderful chocolate in that box! I tried the hazelnut blend immediately, then kept a couple of the dark chocolates to enjoy over time, and shared the others with my family. Really good stuff here. - 3/6/2011   7:19:37 AM
I'm afraid I get out of control when I have chocolate around. I have been known to sit and eat the entire box, bar or bag. For this reason I avoid buying and have asked hubby not to give me chocolates for birthday or Valentines. However this Valentines I did receive the most scrumptous bag of Lendor dark and mixed chocolate truffles. I owe it to SparkPeople that I did not devour but instead had no more than 3 a day. - 2/25/2011   8:13:34 PM

Dark Chocolate! By itself is my favorite, but I also like it with peanut butter, cranberries, almonds, coffee, orange, mint, etc. (Not all at the same time!) I like most combinations for something different once in a while and probably my favorite combination is dark chocolate with cranberries. I don't like the raspberry added--but I don't care for raspberry flavored anything. - 2/21/2011   6:55:16 PM

I love chocolate in any way, shape, or form. Once I had a dark chocolate bar that had cracked black pepper in it. That's probably the strangest combination I've ever tried, and it was actually pretty good! - 2/20/2011   2:26:17 PM

I've never come across a combination that I didn't like. There are just too many wonderful combinations for me to pick just one. I love raspberry and dark chocolate, peanut butter and milk chocolate, chocolate covered almonds or cashews, dark chocolate with chilies. - 2/20/2011   2:07:56 PM

Hard to choose! I only eat dark chocolate (I love cocoa nibs the best - no sugar, just roasted flavor goodness!) and only occasionally.

Nuts, caramel, sea salt, basil, raspberry, espresso, toffee, and spicy chiles - any of these are delish! - 2/20/2011   4:19:46 AM

Peanut butter and chocolate is my favorite... and you can add marshmallow sauce if you really want to be decadent... but I think this combo is probably one I should not revisit for a very long time if I know what is good for me... maybe for a SUMMER sundae if I achieve my goals for between now and June :-) - 2/20/2011   12:27:49 AM
Dark chocolate with sea salt... Wow! so yummy. However, for a back up, Dark chocolate and blood orange. Also really good. :) - 2/19/2011   10:03:00 PM
I was just doing one of the quiz ...dealies..:) and it said that dark chocolate helps with brain functioning - 2/19/2011   9:07:38 PM

I had to laugh when someone bothered to write that they don't like chocolate, amusing to me to bother to write that down, is all. We have the 85% cocoa very dark chocolate in the house at all times, important stuff. One of the last "vices", I suppose, left to we regular folks who are not celebs. - 2/19/2011   8:49:33 PM

I love chocolate! I try to keep a dark chocolate bar in the house at all times. One piece a day is enough for me, and sometimes I *REALLY* need that piece of chocolate! - 2/19/2011   8:36:54 PM

Today, I'm just craving chocolate. My favorites are chocolate covered raisins; any Russell Stover combinations, Hershey bars, Dark Hershey bars, M'm's, Musketeers, Milky Ways- I think one can get the picture here. Today, I haven't had chocolate in at least a week and none on hand, so ate 1/2 cup of Chocolate chip morsels-- I know, oh so bad!!! - 2/19/2011   7:34:00 PM
Just found out about these contests -- just another reason to look forward to Fridays! - 2/19/2011   7:10:44 PM

I wish I could give some healthy answer like yours ;) But I love white chocolate. Not a fan of pretty much any REAL chocolate. Ah, well I add unsweetened cocoa powder to smoothies sometimes, I'll get my antioxidants that way! - 2/19/2011   12:37:32 PM
