Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. (Although we'd love to include members outside of the United States in the Sweepstakes, the legal work involved is too overwhelming. We prefer spending our resources improving the site!) Employees of SparkPeople, Inc and affiliated entities, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where legally permissible a Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Join the official "January Jumpstart Bootcamp Workout Challenge" SparkTeam by visiting http://teams.sparkpeople.com/JumpstartYourFitness and clicking on the “Join This Team” button. 3. Log your fitness minutes using SparkPeople.com for the 4-week challenge period (listed above) and accumulate at least 500 total minutes. In order to be eligible, you must track your fitness minutes using either QuickTrack or “Add Cardio” button from your fitness tracker page (https://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/fitness2.asp). JUDGING: Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about drawing date by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this sweepstakes. NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by e-mail and may be required to complete and return within 14 days of notification their complete mailing address. Failure to return the needed information within 14 days of receipt will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor may award it to an alternate winner chosen by random drawing of eligible entries.
