I'd like to see slow cooker recipes for 4-6 servings as we're only 2 people. Cutting down a recipe for 12 is just too much. Anything with chicken is great and the less pre-prep the better. Thx. Sue

VKISAMORE: Escarole is a leafy green like lettuce - and usually sold near lettuce - but a little tougher, so it is good cooked in soups and in recipes with beans (kidney, white beans, garbanzos, etc.). Goes good with sausage, chicken and turkey also. It's very tasty - though sometimes you can get a bitter head. It helps to cut off the very tips of the leaves.
