I love turkey, and I love using my slow cooker, but I am a single gal, and these make too many servings for me, even if I were to freeze part of them. Report
I'd like to see slow cooker recipes for 4-6 servings as we're only 2 people. Cutting down a recipe for 12 is just too much. Anything with chicken is great and the less pre-prep the better. Thx. Sue
thanks this really helps broaden my range of what to prepare for me and my sister Report
The chili! I LOVE chili! Report
Perhaps the stuffed peppers, but a lot of these recipes are very high in sodium. If I could cut the amount of sodium in the recipes, I'd try them all at least once. Report
Not appealing to me ...won''t be trying any. Thanks. Report

Don't have a slow cooker and my hubby is allergic to turkey. Suppose I could substitute chicken for the turkey? Would have to figure out if I can do on the stove or in the oven. Report

If people don't like turkey or eat meat, why read turkey recipes? I like to earn 3 points too, but there ARE other ways. Puzzled.

The shredded & the lasagna sound interesting! Thanks for the ideas. Report
Wow this is great. I picked up some ground turkey just this evening at the market and wasn't sure how to prepare it. Turkey is becoming my favorite meat other than lamb. And I can just dump it all in a crock pot to cook fabu.. Thanks these look great! Report
None of them. Turkey is not one of my favorite, specially ground turkey. When it comes to ground meat, I'll stick with the extra lean beef. Viva la diversité! Report
VKISAMORE: Escarole is a leafy green like lettuce - and usually sold near lettuce - but a little tougher, so it is good cooked in soups and in recipes with beans (kidney, white beans, garbanzos, etc.). Goes good with sausage, chicken and turkey also. It's very tasty - though sometimes you can get a bitter head. It helps to cut off the very tips of the leaves.

I think a bunch of these recipes sound good - like the sloppy Jane's with turkey and the stuffed peppers - but I will probably make them using my own recipe since I don't often use packaged ingredients or Minute rice. Report
None, I do not eat meat Report
I don't know what escarole is, but the three bean turkey stew sounds good Report
Sorry, none. Thank you for the list, tho. Report
