I use the slow cooker mostly in summer months, but will try it now. I like my oven on in winter for the smells throughout the house and the added warmth. - 1/14/2011   11:45:18 AM

Wow! I've bookmarked this page. Gotta try most of them, but especially the rosemary one. My husband uses rosemary whenever he cooks chicken, so I know he'll love it. - 10/19/2010   12:33:05 PM

I plan on trying some of these, but I'm always befuddled by what the serving size is. I mean it says 5 servings on the one I want to try, but doesn't say what a serving size is, i.e. a 1/2 cup, 1 cup, what? - 10/13/2010   7:10:09 PM

I LOVE the crockpot/slow-cooker. Its a lifesaver! I plan to try most of these - one a week (that's one less meal I have to worry about planning).

One thing I've learned is not to cook for the entire quoted cook time. I've found the meat would be dry. I cut the time by 30-60 minutes, turn it off, but don't remove the lid. - 10/13/2010   8:31:43 AM

I am definitely going to try the Crock Pot Chicken Tortillia Soup this weekend. - 10/13/2010   7:40:40 AM

I think I'll try the chicken pineapple terryaki. My chicken breasts have been getting pretty boring lately ... and 'tis crock pot season! - 10/12/2010   11:58:48 PM

I'm psyched to try the chicken stew & the apricot chicken! I've tried the salsa chicken - a quick favorite! - 10/12/2010   11:55:28 PM

I added the Southwest Chicken and Salsa Chicken to meals this next week, and the Rosemary and Olive Oil Chicken to my recipe keeper to try later. - 10/12/2010   11:42:16 PM
These sound great but I haven't had success with chicken in the crock pot. It taste too gamey. - 10/12/2010   10:57:38 PM

I think I'd like to try the slow Cooker Salsa chicken. My favorite slow cooker recipe for chicken is a chicken rice bake that cooks raw rice with raw chicken and mushroom soup - dry onion soup mix over top. It's my husband's favorite. It can be made in the slow cooker, in the oven, or on top of the stove. - 10/12/2010   3:44:45 PM

They all sound great. I saved all but 2 to my cookbook "Slow Cooking". Two were too high in carbs for me. With winter coming on soon, I will be making these recipes. - 10/12/2010   2:45:46 PM

I don't have a slow cooker because I think they waste too much electricity. I cook everything in the microwave, and have for MANY years! - 10/12/2010   2:43:01 PM

I saved three: Salsa Chicken, Marinara Chick and Vegs, Chicken Pineapple Teriyaki. I'm looking for better choices for my dinner meal that will fit in to my own healthy eating plans but still satisfy my hubby. I also forget about being able to start a meal before I leave for work and have it done when I get home. Can't wait!! - 10/12/2010   1:41:03 PM

I added a few of them to my "Recipes I want to try" cook book.

I have a slow cooker that has been in the box for over 2years. I think I might try that rosemary & olive chicken one or the sirlion chili. I had this once when a co-worker made it for us. It was slow cooked to perfection! YUMMY! - 10/12/2010   12:31:46 PM
