I LOVE the crockpot/slow-cooker. Its a lifesaver! I plan to try most of these - one a week (that's one less meal I have to worry about planning).

One thing I've learned is not to cook for the entire quoted cook time. I've found the meat would be dry. I cut the time by 30-60 minutes, turn it off, but don't remove the lid. - 10/13/2010   8:31:43 AM

I think I'd like to try the slow Cooker Salsa chicken. My favorite slow cooker recipe for chicken is a chicken rice bake that cooks raw rice with raw chicken and mushroom soup - dry onion soup mix over top. It's my husband's favorite.
