Tighten your tummy with Coach Nicole's short and effective Pilates workout!
Taking the advice to modify these for my level.
I'd like to see a STANDING Pilates workout for the core, for those of us who have back and knee problems, or can't get down to the floor. There are lots of them available on Youtube, but I haven't seen one from SparkPeople.
Ty for the advice to take it "my way".
Always an enjoyable tummy workout-thanks.
With much modification, I made it through. Will work in the future on better assimilation.
A good workout but modifications required due to sore elbows and toes.
Warning! This is a very tough video. Coach Nicole always gives you modifications. Always. I was advantageous and thought I could do the hardest version of it. I am 50 and did this video last august. The side plank hurt my knee immediately. It still hurts, its almost been a year. Although the pain is less. Do the modification first before trying the one Coach Nicole does. She makes it look easy. If you are 45 and over and out of shape, beware. You have been warned. You do not want an injury like I had.
I did palate exercise today. I enjoyed it . I could feel the muscles in my thighs and abs being worked
I'm old to do this full video; prove to be to much for me. 5 minutes was my limit Phew!
