I had miserable morning sickness with both of my pregnancies. Peppermints and cinnamon hard candies helped a lot!

I also had a friend who couldn't take prenatal vitamins without vomiting, so the doctor told her to chew children's Flintstones vitamins. It worked great for her! I do NOT miss morning sickness, but it does pass...and the little ones are SO worth it. :) Report
