Even having just one more cup of coffee or one more hour of sleep can keep your mind sharp for years to come. Eat Berries

One study found that eating two or more ½-cup servings a week delayed the onset of Alzheimer's by 2½ years. 

Drink Caffeinated Coffee

Experts think it has a substance that protects the brain, so aim for 2 to 3 cups a day.

Eat Cocoa Powder

The antioxidants in cocoa powder may help boost your thinking skills. Try mixing 1 Tbsp cocoa powder with skim milk, or sprinkle it into coffee. You can also try a square of dark chocolate, but make sure it has a high cocoa content (look for seventy percent or higher on the label).

I read that adding milk to cocoa decreases the antioxidants. That was why it was advertised Dark chocolate is better for you than Milk chocolate. What is this about?
I have not found anything with more than 60% CACAO~~ the nutrient .
