Lamb leg steaks are a go to treat for me. We are a little spoiled in the UK when it comes to Welsh lamb. It is amazing with mint or olives and rosemary. Report
Tried lamb a few years ago and realy appreciated the taste and flavor. Definitely a must try for those looking for a different meat option. Report
Lamb is yummy, or not, depending on what it was raised on. The meat flavor is sensitive to what it is allowed to eat. If lamb tastes bad, you might want to find lamb grown locally, and find out what the producer feeds lamb. I've had good results from lamb grown and imported to USA from New Zealand. We frequently fix lamb with sweet fruits and herbs - mints, cinnamon, and cooked with plumbs or apricots etc. (I have cookbooks showing lamb recipes from the Middle East....). Report
Lamb is a fantastic meat, and the flavor is such that you are satisfied with with less, at least I am. So good with garlic, rosemary and lemon, but we have recently had it in the most marvelous Halel Chinese food. Lovely. Report
