12-Minute Indoor Power Walking Workout

Short on workout time? Need a quick energy boost? Trying to rack up a few more steps today? Join me for this quick, powered-up walk that is easy to do at home (or even at the office!) in a small space. I've included a few fun intervals to help mix up your steps and get you sweating for this short burst of activity.

My dogs aren't as well behaved as Peanut. They had to be put outside since all they wanted to do was play while I was trying this out. It's nice to be able to workout in private with a wonderful coach. I only ran into my desk (not other people) and when I was off sync I didn't get embarrassed. This is a good day starter (before a shower!). Thank you. By the way, how many calories are burned with this workout? Report

Too fast for me at this stage, but love the Frenchie!
