Well, 2 out of 10 with decent protein is better than Spark's average. I don't think these could keep me going for a morning meal by any means tho.

But as a healthy, cool snack in the afternoon they're some pretty good ideas.

Today is my first day. How did I ever allow myself to get so big. I use to be athletic and outgoing. I have little/no motivation, but I've done this to myself and now I have to undo this to myself. Day one. Two raisin toast/1 cup of Earl Grey tea with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. A hamburger with ketchup and mustard with salad no dressing and 2 handfuls of unsalted trail mix.
