Most recipes can tolerate substitutions for fat and sweetener. I have read that you can decrease the sugar in most recipes by 1/4 without it affecting the taste of the final product. I prefer a smaller portion of something real rather than processed substitutions.

Cool whip and dream whip are horrible for your health. They are nothing but trans fats and high fructose corn syrup. If you want elevated cholesterol and diabetes eat these foods. Better to have a small piece of a real dessert just try making things with less sugar. It tastes better and your health will thank you

I agree these recipes are not healthy.
Try eating a piece of fresh fruit or making a fresh fruit salad instead.

This gave me a good idea to make a jello cake. A red white and blue one for 4th of July!

Love Key Lime, and some of other pies would be tasty.
The problem some have , me included, is that whole pie just sitting there waiting to be eaten. For one or two people a whole pie is too tempting. Better to buy one piece of pie, can share or make two servings out of it.
That's how I have my pie, or cake and eat it too.
