Great ideas. Another I use, is simply a replacement on a sandwich for mayo. I don't like mustard and have to have something on the bread to help the sandwich go down! LOL

Not impressed by avocado mashed potatoes: probably tastes very good, but at almost 250 cals just for a side dish, it's a bit too much!
