I'm sure it is a 2 tbsp. serving, but sure beats the heck out of other high calorie options. I'm gonna make a couple of these for the Packers game this Sunday. My husband will never know it's good for him, and I'll just dip my veggies in lightly.

I blend 2 cups of cottage cheese until it's smooth. Add 2/3 cup of crumbled blue cheese, blend some more. Then whisk in 1/3 cup of blue cheese crumbles. Easy, low-fat, all-natural blue cheese dressing.

It's really thick, but you can thin it with milk.

The Hubs likes ranch dressing. For him, I use a packet of ranch dressing mix instead of the blue cheese. Not exactly "all natural," but sitll less scary than the label on low-fat or fat-free dressings.

This sounds really good....but some suggest using blue cheese and some suggest using blue cheese dressing. I'm confused....what amount would you use of the blue cheese dressing?
