I like to have an apple with peanut butter as an afternoon snack. Or a 4 to 6oz container of low fat vanilla yogurt with a few mixed berries.

I'm curious if giving into the sweet treat is just encouraging more cravings?

What works for me is to stay away from sugar and just eat fruit instead. The longer I'm away from it the less I crave it.

This was a great article and all the choices are easy everyday stuff that you can do. Make smores, add peanut butter to a banana, etc. This makes it easier to keep up a healthy lifestyle. Thanks!!
