If you haven't tried Greek yogurt it is wonderful - thick and creamy, great with honey, nuts, lemon or other little goodies stirred in.

They are marvelous ideas, but they are too big. I would take the pistachios alone, the rasberries without ice cream, the walnuts alone or have raisins with almonds, I had had all these treats believe me. I know what I'm talking about. It is best: the mini pudding alone and you are still eating too much. the cone once in a while, and you are still eating too much. The yogurt and honey and you know it these are real treats after you have sacrifice without eating too much. The yogurt alone is already good enough.
The popsicle during the summer, and perhaps that was eating too much.My body knows it. Thanks anyway.
