BUT....
What I really want to know is WHY is there a picture of someone being served what is CLEARLY way too much steak for one person. You see, this is what got me fat in the first place - seeing pictures of portions that are double what one ought to be eating, seeing people in restaurants being served plates large enough from which a family of three could eat, being asked if I want to make it a "value meal" with the bigger order of fires and drink.
Now I KNOW how much to eat and what is too much, however, in my opinion that picture sends the wrong message about portions. You wanna talk about portion distortion? Discuss. - 6/16/2010 10:11:50 AM
