My mantra for the month of March hinges on one of the suggestions this calendar gives us: asparagus, asparagus, asparagus!!! Try it roasted in a wee bit of olive oil - c'est magnifique! Report
Just love the comment about eating whole grains. NOT!!! I'm gluten intolerant and cannot eat the most common whole grains without getting very sick. If spark people would recognize this and at least mention a tip for the gluten intolerant along with the whole grain for those who can eat them, spark people might be a valuable tool. But I don't find it so now. Report
March 26th has an error. It says to "swap whole for white" - that means choose white over wheat. Should be the other way around. Report

This is perfect timing for me. I had just decided that today is the day I will start writing down and working on my nutrition. Report
Fort those wanting to use this as a desktop background, simply choose File-Save As and then select any number of "picture formats" .jpg, .tiff, .ping. Then, you will be able to use the file as a desktop background.

Along those same lines and sorry to be nitpicky but it's somewhat of a pet peeve, you do not NEED Adobe to open this document, you simply need any of a number of PDF readers, Adobe may be the most popular but others work just as well. Report

I never knew there was a calendar feature! I immediately printed this off for myself and a coworker! Report
