Great. Report
I would try all of them except maybe the Sloppy Jane's as it has soy in it. Report
they all look good but the veggie curry is the first one! Report
I would like to try all of them. Thank for posting these! Report
I would like to try all of them. I tried pushing Facebook to post ,maybe I'm not doing it right. Report
Thanks for posting these!
I'd love to see a crockpot recipe feature on recipes that cook for 8 hours or more. I commute to work and while I love coming home to a delicious crock pot meal, a lot of recipes have too short a cooking time and get overdone if I do them on a work day. Report
Yummy! Want to try them all! Report
This page was exactly what I needed. The Moroccan Stew is in the slow cooker now and I can't wait to try the rest. I'm pretty sure I will be trying them all. Report
They all sounds like good healthy recipes, but I'd add meat since I always eat it. Report
Chef Meg's Slow Cooker Vegetable Curry and the Slow-Cooker Veggie Chili have been saved to my favorites. This blog was posted at a perfect time for me, I was just given a slow cooker for my birthday. Happy Slow Cooking Everyone! Report
We love cuban black beans and rice with salsa! Report
They all sound great, but the black bean soup sounds the best! Report
I am looking forward to trying the Lentil Quinoa Stew.

I would also like to recommend the African Sweet Potato Stew, found in SparkPeople recipes but not listed here. It is similar to the Moroccan Stew but with several more ingredients. It is super good. I double the spices when I make it and added carrots and kale last time for additional veggie power! Report
I don't use my slow cooker a lot, but will do some of these recipes. thanks so much. Report
The Morocan stew and Vegetable Curry recipes sound great. I like the idea of grouping some recipes that we may have missed in a format like this. Thanks. Report
Chef Meg's Slow Cooker Vegetable Curry is simply da bomb! No, really, it is so delish! It's a definite keeper.
We'll be trying to Moroccan Slow Cooker Stew next I think.

I've made the Morrocan stew a couple of times and it's delicious. I serve it over couscous (couscous is the easiest thing to make, ever. I'm not kidding. It's easier than a lot of stuff in the microwave.) It's really good. I've got some leftovers in my fridge now. Report
The vegetable curry for sure! Report
These look delicious! Report
another vote for the Moroccan Stew! Report
I've had this book for a few months, and it's amazing. I have yet to make anything that wasn't awesome! Report
Will be trying the Moroccan Stew as soon as I get the ingredients together. Sounds good. Report
I'm going to give the Morroccan stew a go as I love anything with a bit of spice! Report

I think both the minestrone soup & black bean soup sound good. Especially for a cool fall or winters day!
I'm going to try the Veggie Chili. Sounds so good! Report
Black bean soup is on my list! Report
Might try veggie chili. Report
I would try them all except for the Sloppy Janes. Report
I'll be trying the sloppy Janes!! Report
Those recipes sound good! I am not a vegetarian, but I eat a lot of meatless meals.
My favorite thing to make in the crock pot is chili; I don't really follow a recipe, it varies with the ingredients I have on hand. Report
Those look awesome! If I wanted to make the curry in just a regular pot, how would that change temperature and time? Report
