Sculpt Your Legs in 8 Minutes (at Home!)

No equipment? No problem! This quick set of exercises is guaranteed to fry your thighs using just your body weight and a small amount of space (making this routine perfect for travel!). Try this lower-body circuit as its own workout (1, 2 or 3 times through depending on how much time and energy you have), add it to your strength routine or try it after a cardio session for one short, but serious, lower body sculpting session. 
Keep an eye out for Peanut the French bulldog, who also joins us for this workout (well, sort of)!

This was a great 8 min legs workout and I felt it. Report
Osteoarthritis was the reason both of my knees were replaced when I was 47. This workout is an excellent way to build muscle that will assist your knees in moving/tracking properly. If you are not feeling this particular workout, search for workouts that focus on strengthening your knees. Muscle built from movement truly lessens the impact of arthritis. I get to replace my knees at least one more time, until then I work to keep mine strong and functioning. This girl has fought her way to fit, and Jessica Smith has played a pivotal role. Report

While I am betting your workouts are amazing, people like me cannot do them. I have very severe osteoarthritis and can not put the strain on my knees these movements require. Could you develop an alternate workout that takes this into consideration? We need to move too! Report

Where I'm at (non) fitness wise, these moves are too difficult for me until I get more strength & flexibility, and somehow younger knees. :-) Have to admit that I watch for the Frenchie then find exercises more at my level. Thanks for posting them though! Report
