Breakfast for dinner is a favorite here. I live in Guatemala and dinner for my neighbors is typically eggs, beans, tortillas and fruit. It's a cultural meal that we've quickly adopted. It's cheap and easy. The hardest part is keeping my tortilla consumption where it should be. Report
