I would make the smoothie or eat the yogurt with fruit. A lot of those recipes are for foods that I have trouble limiting myself to just one piece or one serving. A slice of banana bread would be great, but not if you eat the whole loaf!

In the spark video I just watched the nutritionist said only 100-150 calories for each snack any more and its considered a meal. I noticed a lot of these recipes are over 150 calories so should they be considered snacks? Sorry if this is a dumb question...
