A quarter cup of yogurt is very miniscule. The picture of the yogurt and the berries is misleading because it looks asthough the dish is full of yogurt. A quarter cup of anything is very, very small.I doubt that this would be a satisfyimg snack. you would be swallowing about two tsp. of this snack. Do you think that this would satisfy your sweet tooth? The Vanilla flavoring also adds an extra 20 calories to the yogurt. You could use no calorie vanilla flavoring to add flavor to the yogurt.Also,
why not use NO FAT Yogurt so that you could eat more Yogurt?

I have to agree with the individuals that asked for more natural choices - non processed foods and some realistic pictures. I understand that advertisers are tying to make money so they rationalize the deceitful pictures they use, but I thought SP was all about helping us. Thumbs down on how these treats were presented.

These snacks do look delicious, and I know that a few of them are. My wife makes the fruit and vanilla yogurt. I have had celery and low fat cream cheese, but peanut butter also sounds good. Is anyone familiar with carob? It's used as a substitute for chocolate, but is it OK for diabetics?

I believe the illustrations are just to be used as a guide. At the bottom of the first page it had a "disclaimer" - Note: Slideshow photos are for illustration purposes only and do not represent accurate portion sizes.

It's up to us to make the right choice when spooning it into the bowl. :-) Might be disappointed the first time around but at least we learn what works and what doesn't.

what is a rib: a stalk? five pieces of celery pulled from the main stalk or one of the outer pieces cut into five pieces or cut so many inches for each rib?

1 T for five pieces? the size in the picture.

true serving pictures would only make sense, that big bowl of parmesean cheese and tomatoes sure shows way too much. We need to see the real portion.

the meat wrapped around the apple slices, isn't 1 1/2 oz like a slice or maybe 2, please make it real

would be nice to see more whole (fruits, veggies) and less processed foods here (deli meat, lowfat whipped topping, ...)
