I do cottage cheese and stir in the activa yougurt...and when I'm rushed I add 1/2 cup milk and ice to the blender and have a fast smoothie. Doe that sound yucky?

I don't think sugar free is the way to go, but that is me. For the chocolate one, you could eat greek plain yogurt with like a tbsp of chocolate fudge pudding not the sugar free kind though. Not sure of the calories, but couldn't be much. I eat this all the time when I crave chocolate. You could also make it with like a tsp of fudge topping for ice cream. I made that one today with 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt. I think it was like 150 calories total.

Nice ideas. Would be nice if the pics showed real portions though since most of us are learning portion control. And I don't do chemical sugar. I would rather have less real sugar then more fake stuff that is nasty and just makes me want to eat the real thing more.

It shows this awesome looking chocolate mousse-type thing then when you slide through them their ideas are celery and peanut butter or turkey? Gr! Lame!
