Moderation IS a good thing, it's not like we are never going to eat candy again! Thanks!

Thanks for sharing you know how we can sometimes be tempted; now we know that we cannot endulge but if we do which candies to eat and how much.

All things in moderation. I see no issue with a treat on special occasions, and I believe that it keeps you from over-indulging throughout the year.

I can keep it to one/two and then walk away.

I had to come away from looking at the slides because all my weakness was in my face, big time! When I looked at the calories and sugar in them reality sat in STAY AWAY FROM THESE!

No way Ray! It' sooooo not a good idea...Why tempting yourself to eat bad stuff? I'm giving candies tonight and I am going to give the leftover to the neighbor's kids. So there you go...

Halloween is fun to see the costumes, but the candy, forget it! The old fashioned cider and fishing for apples makes for more healthy fun. Instead of candy surprises, sometimes cute little nicknak surprises make a more fun treat or prize. It was a sad day when someone put a razor or pin in an apple for their bizzare tricks or treats. Well happy halloween any way.

At over 50 yrs of age, SP helps me to see myself realisitically! It doesn't have to a be an all or nothing way to live! If I just need something sweet there are reasonable ways to do it without blowing everything I have worked so hard to do!! Thanks SP!!

Um, yeah, I don't think I could just eat 2 mini Reese's cups, LOL! So I'm just not gonna go there!

idk the only thing that sounded right was the two snickers which is great. but like the 7 gummy bears?! lmao like i can sit there and just eat 7 gummy bears. id stick with the snickers. though its prolly a good thing that i have no candy for halloween lol

One pencil or cute sticker along with one mini candy treat would be a good way to start this year. thanks for the ideas.

I just keep looking at candy corn and thinking how I don't want to look like one myself. (tiny head, leading to a big butt LOL). Seems to do the trick. I am just saying no this year.
