One pencil or cute sticker along with one mini candy treat would be a good way to start this year. thanks for the ideas.

I just keep looking at candy corn and thinking how I don't want to look like one myself. (tiny head, leading to a big butt LOL). Seems to do the trick. I am just saying no this year.

The problem is staying with those teeny tiny portions! Once my mouth tastes sugar, it leaves me craving for more! I am better off eating something sweet and full of fiber and other nutrients, like a piece of fruit, instead of empty calories.

I think we can do without some of the treats. But the chocolate? That might really hurt.
Stick with the school supplies, they are better.

The Fun size Aero or Twix bars are also lo cal and low sugar. About 50 cals each. (they are my favorite). I make sure I have one and only one with my lunch. Keeps my cravings in check.

some years there is too much leftover candy and i finally bought hershey bars to give out. if there are leftovers i use them to make desserts over the holidays and they also freeze well. this year hershey has dark chocolate bars which is even better,

I'm glad to know that candy is not completely forbidden today. The only problem is that one fun size candy bar is never enough. I'm an all or nothing kind of gal so, I better just stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!
