I do love oatmeal. If I start my day with a bowl of oatmeal, it holds me over until lunch without any hunger pains or desires to snack.

i love oatmeal with just blueberries. working way down to no stevia, but for now, it is the most satisfying thing to keep me from nibbling between breakfast and lunch.

Oatmeal is my fave. After cooking, I add a splash of fat free milk and top with fresh blueberries when in season, otherwise with raisins and cinnamon. An hour or so later, I go for fat-free yogurt or drink a glass of milk to get some protein.

I cook 1/2.cup old fashioned oats w/ 1 cup water, some cinnimon and a small chopped up apple for 3 and a half minutes in the microwave. After cooking I top it with a little milk and some Splenda. Very filling and delicious.
