Taking packets of instant oatmeal to work is great for an afternoon dose of good health.
I add hot water from the coffee appliance and use this "to take the hunger edge" away, just before going home. It works!

I just love oatmeal. There is so much to add to it without adding sugar. It is a great filler-upper!!
