I have always said tis, without much success, to my procrastinating husband...I have since given up and I now impart this to both my kids instead!

I'm like everyone else, I wish I had joined sooner. I've lost 45 lbs. over the last two years, with WW, Nutri Systems, and a few other programs. I can't think of the manes of them. If I don't start losing soon, I'll probably ditch this program and do it on my own. I started at 182.2 and now I weigh 184.2. I'm sticking with the program. I still have gained for 3
weeks. I love the program, I exercise everyday, not yesterday or today. I hut my back. It really hurts. I have arthritis in my back. I had back surgery last year. I don't want anymore. I hope everyone has a blessed Friday 13th! lyl! (means love you linda)

A lot of time was wasted before I finally got with the program. Too bad for me.

I have been a sparkperson since 2010. I weight has flucuated up and down like a yo-yo. I have lost 39 pounds over the past eight months. I have not reached my goal weight but I am real close. My new goals will be weight maintenace. I would also like to set a couple of physical goals. I want to ride up mt. soledad on my road bike as I did as a young man. I also want to hike mt. baden-powell as I did when I was a boy scout. I know what I need to do to get in shape to get there.

I am guilty of giving up because of frustration. I want to see it tomorrow, when I just started today!

Yep. It's coming one way or another. Might as well be fabulous when it gets here!
